We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Support Worker to join our dedicated team at CareTech UK in Dewsbury. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping children with learning disabilities and Autism thrive in a nurturing environment.

Our home is committed to providing exceptional care and support to up to 5 young people, each with complex needs, including epilepsy and associated behaviors. We take pride in our Good Ofsted rating and excellent reputation with local authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with learning disabilities and Autism
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus enhancements for qualified staff. You will also receive:
