Children's Home Residential Care Director

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted rated GOOD home, Oak Tree House, in Dewsbury. This esteemed position offers the chance to shape the lives of children with diverse needs and backgrounds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive care plans that cater to each young person's unique requirements, encompassing their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs. - A highly competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a £5,000 payment upon registration.

About You:
We are seeking a seasoned Registered Manager with at least 2 years of experience in residential care for children, preferably with 1 year of supervisory experience within the last 5 years. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care and have knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
You will possess efficient planning, organizing, budget control, resource allocation, and team leadership skills, as well as effective spoken and written communication abilities. A driving license and understanding of trauma are also essential requirements.
