About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized care and support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in a residential childcare environment (desirable)
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification (desirable)
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends
