About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care and Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in our care to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people in daily life, including helping with morning routines, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Encourage and facilitate hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and help young people learn new skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development of young people.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting young people.
