Purchase Ledger Position

This challenging opportunity in the Purchase Ledger department requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to process and reconcile supplier invoices.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices on a regular basis, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Manage and maintain accurate supplier accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
  • Support the preparation of monthly payment runs and contribute to the closing of accounts at the end of each month.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills for resolving queries. You should also be proficient in using financial software and have a proactive approach to process improvement.

Remuneration:

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
