Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation programme across three main sites in Wirral.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2:1 BSc in Exercise Physiology or a closely related subject, with evidence of postgraduate study in relevant areas. They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and experience of facilitating group and individual exercise sessions for different client/patient groups.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
