Job Description:

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Austin Fraser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing physical and digital filing systems, responding to phone and visitor enquiries, and coordinating calendars for senior staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively, and possess basic typing, telephone, and computer skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an administrative support specialist where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance. You will work closely with senior staff to maintain accurate records, respond to enquiries, and coordinate travel arrangements.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing email correspondence, drafting and editing documents, and inputting data into various databases and spreadsheets.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits such as enhanced DBS clearance and ongoing training opportunities.
