About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Cleaning Professional to join our team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness across our schemes in Worcestershire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleaning of communal areas is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Take pride in keeping our schemes in immaculate condition, both inside and out.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of health and safety practices and ensure they are always adhered to.
  • Provide a warm and friendly service when interacting with customers and members of the public.
  • Be flexible, approachable, and comfortable working in a team and lone-working environments.
  • Have a positive attitude and be keen to develop the way you work, by learning new ways of working and embracing technology.
  • Have good IT skills and be proficient in using technology to support your work.
  • Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle, as this role involves travel to our schemes throughout Worcestershire.
  • Be willing to undergo a DBS check.
