Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Cleaning Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals and ensuring that our clients' facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facilities are cleaned effectively.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained in good working order.
- Monitor and control the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure that their facilities are maintained to their satisfaction.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a commercial cleaning environment.
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve high standards of cleaning and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional nights.
- Full clean UK/EU driving license.
- Knowledge and understanding of COSHH regulations.
