We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Team Leader to join our team in the Midlands area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the kitchens and equipment are cleaned effectively to the required standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Working under the team leader as their second in command
  • In the absence of the team leader, ensure that all of their responsibilities are covered and that work is completed to the expected standards
  • Ensure the weekly cleaning schedule is adhered to and all cleaning records are completed professionally and accurately
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Experience of commercial kitchen cleaning and/or kitchen extract cleaning
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work to a predetermined schedule
  • Leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexible on working times - 5 days out of 7; available to work afternoons, evenings, and nights
  • Prepared to travel and stay away for short periods of time
  • Full clean UK/EU driving licence
  • Knowledge and understanding of COSHH regulations
