Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

ABM UK is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-level cleaning services to client facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist in cleaning and sanitizing lifts, including internal and external stainless-steel surfaces, mirrors, and floors
  • Oversee the cleaning of restrooms and shower areas, including sanitizing fixtures, mirrors, cubicles, and floors
  • Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Monitor the cleanliness, sanitation, and organisation of assigned areas
  • Lead and support the cleaning team to ensure optimum service delivery to clients

Requirements:

  • IPAF licence is essential for high-level cleaning duties
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Approachable and professional demeanour
