About the Job:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a leading organization in the Aerospace industry. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating the shipping of parts according to customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers to update them on their orders and collaborate with internal teams to track progress.
  • Maintain data integrity by effectively administering customer orders, schedules, amendments, and acknowledgements within sales order systems.
  • Raise documentation to facilitate the shipping of parts according to customer requirements.
  • Establish connections between internal communication channels for NPI, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Sales.
  • Ensure all outstanding accounts are settled in full.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support customer complaints/returns by working closely with the Quality department.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary: £45,000 per annum.
  • 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
  • Participation in the Employee Bonus Scheme.
  • Pension Scheme Eligibility (4% employer contributions paid monthly).
