Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Part Time Accounts Administrator to join our client's team. As a key member of the office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide professional phone and email support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Systems and Records: Manage financial and operational tasks using QuickBooks and the bespoke accounts system.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks to support the office and team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous office administrator experience (required)
  • Previous experience in accounts or purchasing (desirable)
  • QuickBooks system experience (required)
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time position, working 17 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum of 2 weeks' paid holiday per annum. We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, paid monthly, and a range of employee benefits.
