We are excited to partner with a professional services organisation, who are seeking a Corporate Administrative Professional to support their in-house legal function in Warwickshire.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate administration, ideally within a legal services firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to the in-house legal team, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Prepare and manage complex legal documents, such as contracts, reports, and agreements.
  • Coordinate meetings, both internal and external, and provide support with travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
  • Support with audio typing and follow-ups of board company secretarial meetings, ensuring all minutes are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain and improve the legal team's filing systems, ensuring compliance and security for all documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the legal department.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Administrative Professional in a legal services firm, or in-house legal assistant support role, with a preference for corporate or commercial law.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal document management systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a professional approach.
