Corporate Administrative Professional

We are excited to partner with a professional services organisation, who are seeking a Corporate Administrative Professional to support their in-house legal function in Warwickshire.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate administration, ideally within a legal services firm.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional administrative support to the in-house legal team, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Prepare and manage complex legal documents, such as contracts, reports, and agreements.
- Coordinate meetings, both internal and external, and provide support with travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
- Support with audio typing and follow-ups of board company secretarial meetings, ensuring all minutes are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain and improve the legal team's filing systems, ensuring compliance and security for all documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the legal department.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Administrative Professional in a legal services firm, or in-house legal assistant support role, with a preference for corporate or commercial law.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work collaboratively as part of a small team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal document management systems.
- Outstanding communication skills and a professional approach.
A competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, pension plan, and support for ongoing professional development.
