About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Services Administrator to join our team at CV-Library in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide administration support and ensure efficient processes from quote to post shipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- General Account Administration: Manage general account administration, working to established KPIs.
- Order Entry and Project Management: Enter sales orders and manage high-value projects, meeting tight deadlines.
- Quote Generation and Conversion: Generate quotes and chase conversions to increase market share.
- Liaising with Internal Departments: Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth processes.
- Warranty Claims and Customs Documentation: Handle warranty claims and produce customs documentation for quick customer resolutions.
- Account Administration: Support the AR function to minimize overdues.
Requirements:
- Administration Skills: Strong administration skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Sales Order Processing: Good sales order processing skills.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Manufacturing Background: Preference given to candidates with a manufacturing background.
