The Job:
We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project team, including managing general account administration, processing sales orders, and generating quotes to increase market share.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage general account administration, working to established KPIs.
• Process sales orders and project-managed store orders with tight deadlines, ensuring accurate and efficient order entry.
• Generate quotes and follow up on conversions to increase market share for CV-Library.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless process from quote to post-shipment after-sales care.
• Handle warranty claims for buyouts and in-house manufacturing to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Prepare customs documentation and communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping teams as needed.
• Support accounts receivable functions to minimize overdue payments.

Qualifications:
• Strong administration skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent sales order processing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment.
