Inclusion and Engagement Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a thriving Secondary Academy in High Wycombe. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs or at risk of exclusion.
Your key responsibilities will include working within the inclusion department, supporting students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborating with external agencies and parents to develop and implement effective strategies for student support.
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree qualification or equivalent experience, as well as experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs. You will also need to be committed to supporting students with SEMH challenges and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
