About the Role

We estimate that this role would be compensated with an annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking the lead on organizing and coordinating activities for our members in the community. Alternatively, we may need you to take over an already established group.

You will need to be confident in engaging with members and volunteers from a wide variety of diverse backgrounds. Whether it's helping out with organizing menus for our lunch clubs, member travel arrangements, or ensuring members are feeling included in activities, you will play an integral part in making sure our veterans get the most from the activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating various activities, including setting up and running lunch clubs and community-based activities for our members.
  • Communicating with members and volunteers to ensure they have everything they need to engage and enjoy the activities.
  • Collaborating with other volunteers and staff to achieve our goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and reliable, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive and a problem solver, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Supportive, friendly, and patient when interacting with our members and volunteers.
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems, such as email and Word.
What's in It for You?

As a Clubhouse Team Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our veterans. You will receive full training and ongoing support to ensure your success in the role.

You will also meet new and interesting people, have reasonable out-of-pocket expenses covered, and be part of a great team.
