About the Role

The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our healthcare services, including patient care, staff management, and resource allocation. This is a key role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Assist in the management of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, healthcare management).
  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field (e.g. patient care, health education).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
