We are a busy GP practice located in High Wycombe, serving a population of approximately 45,000 patients. As a GP Practice Triage Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care and ensuring timely access to medical services.

The successful candidate will have experience in triage, dealing with a range of clinical conditions, and excellent communication skills. You will also have strong IT skills, the ability to work as a team member and autonomously, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate patient care and ensure timely access to medical services.
  • To triage patients and provide the necessary treatment during home visits or consultations.
  • To maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Registered Paramedic (HCPC)
  • Experience in triage and dealing with a range of clinical conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong IT skills.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum
