We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) at Practice Plus Group MSK, based at a local GP Practice in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
The successful candidate will have a recognized postgraduate orthopaedic musculoskeletal training and excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with varying diagnoses and/or highly complex needs using evidence-based and/or patient-centred principles.
The salary for this role is up to £53,000 depending on experience and hours. The position involves working one day a week (8 hours) with no on-call duties. We offer a full range of health and well-being benefits, regular shift patterns and flexibility, and being part of a friendly team.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with Orthopaedic Consultants from the Acute Trust, delivering multidisciplinary team (MDT) care. You will also have the opportunity to follow the patient's pathway throughout and get the best from both worlds; the great thrills of an FCP role and the support of working in a large MSK service.
