We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at VC Evidensia UK in the role of Patient Care Coordinator.

Coordinating Seamless Client Experience

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious RVN to work collaboratively with our clinical nursing team and clients, ensuring clear communication and delivering exceptional patient care coordination.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless client experiences by keeping them informed throughout their pet's journey and providing guidance on care plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Communication: Provide consistent and client-focused support by addressing questions and concerns, ensuring clear communication and compassionate interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a key link between clinicians, clients, and the Clinical Administration team, supporting effective communication and maintaining the best possible patient outcomes.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through our structured 6-week induction mentoring program and 6-month training period. You will also gain access to IVC Evidensia's 'Introduction to Referral Nursing' training modules, designed specifically for RVNs transitioning from first opinion to referral practice.
