About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Development Liaison to join our team at Talbots. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Responsibilities
  • Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships both internally and externally.
  • Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas including: Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards etc.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer.
Requirements
  • Possesses a strong ambition and passion for achieving goals, both as an individual and as a member of the store team and thrives working in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills to proactively contact clientele with the intent to sell in a way that is relevant, timely and meaningful.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and taking into account the location and requirements of the job.
