We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Plymouth to assist with the appointment of a Community Connections Advisor, on a temporary contract that is highly likely to be extended at our client's discretion. Rate of Pay: £11.81 - £14.22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for administration and processing of orders required through the Household Support Fund.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills are essential for this role.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of utilising Excel and Customer Relationship Management systems are necessary.
  • The individual will also be required to interact with internal departments such as creditors and external support agencies or clients.
  • They should be able to communicate clearly and provide high levels of customer service.

  • You should be available to start work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the UK.
