Responsibilities

The post holder will have a dual role of medical secretary and team assistant. They will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Liaison Team and leadership, including:

  • Liaising with patients, health professionals, and other agencies as required
  • Providing excellent communication skills, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring prompt updating of electronic record keeping systems
  • Coordinating staff activities, keeping team diaries up to date, and managing workload

The post holder will also be required to travel across locality and provide typing, filing, ordering stationery, arranging meetings, and contributing to meetings.
