Brand Ambassador and Sales Expert

Moss is a leading menswear brand looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
In this role, you will be working closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed sales targets, and promote our brand values. You will be required to have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
About the Role:
- Promote our products in a professional and passionate way, driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations
- Become a natural promoter of customer service excellence, responsible for the customer's journey and experience instore
- Deliver high productivity, elevating every interaction and contributing significantly to our business KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our products, services, and brand values to customers, exceeding sales targets and driving sales growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service, following the Moss Essential Steps of Service
- Have strong product knowledge for all our services, including Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Basic Product Knowledge involves understanding the features, benefits, and products available in the store
- POS Systems encompasses familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems

- Reflects the aesthetic of Moss through personal style and presentation
- Embraces continuous self-improvement, resilience, and efficient time management as core personal attributes
- Has outstanding communication abilities, inspiring, guiding, and fostering meaningful relationships with colleagues & customers
Rewards & Benefits:
- Employee Discount: 70% discount across all our stores
- Team Reward Pay Scheme: Generous bonus scheme, paying up to 15% of your gross monthly salary each month
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location)
