Nurse Practitioner Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team at Bupa Global. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
The estimated salary for this position is around £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes an annual allowance which can be redeemed against various healthcare products, approximately £350.
You will be responsible for monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation. You will also be expected to provide clinical guidance to the care team and deliver best practice continually.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard. You should also be confident in offering clinical guidance for care teams and helping with all CQC tasks.
