As a seasoned Workday Financials expert, you will lead integrations for large-scale transformation projects, leveraging your technical and leadership skills to drive business success.

This is a unique opportunity to join a tight-knit practice with the benefits of a large consulting firm, working on sold work and contributing to a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Workday integrations for large-scale transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement financial systems integration strategies, ensuring seamless business process and technology change.
  • Manage multiple clients, projects, and consultants, both onshore and offshore, as a Senior Manager in the team.
  • Communicate technical and non-technical stakeholders on the transformation journey, taking a unified team approach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Workday Integrations, specifically Financials, with a background in Finance Transformation in Consulting, SI, or end-user environments.
  • Leadership skills, with a track record of managing multiple clients, projects, and consultants.
  • Strong storytelling ability, with the capacity to take technical and non-technical stakeholders on the transformation journey.
