Job Summary

As a Senior Consultant - Workday Financials, you will lead clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Financials project. You will guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client's unique business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Workday Financials solutions that meet client business requirements and design specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address those needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, providing support for shadow assignments and training opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on functional Workday Financials experience with experience in C2C and PSA.
  • Experience in Accounting Center and Prism is desirable.
  • Proficiency with business processes including general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts re-design, procure-to-pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order-to-cash.
  • Workday Financials certification is highly desired.
