Senior Consultant - Workday Time Tracking

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to join our team in expanding our clients' practice, aligning with the growth of the Workday ecosystem in Europe.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in an industry-leading team, driving results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a hands-on SME in the Workday product suite, specializing and enhancing your skill set within one or more functional areas.
  • Work closely with clients to understand post go-live requirements, and design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution, with support from the Lead Functional Consultant on your team.
  • Play an active role as an expert in your area, sharing knowledge and information with colleagues and collaborating to enhance internal capability, including mentoring and training new team members.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, guiding and assisting them in maximizing their Workday deployment.
  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team and management, as well as external clients.
  • Bring valuable insights from your product and industry knowledge, staying innovative and informed about the HR and Financials business landscape.
  • Understand and apply Workday methodologies.
  • Contribute to the company's financial performance by delivering excellence to clients and managing multiple client projects in parallel.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced analytical and functional skills demonstrated through project experience or a support environment.
  • Certified in Workday Time Tracking or at least 2 years of experience supporting Workday or other systems in a client environment.
  • Experience in the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems post go-live.
  • Consultancy experience in HR processes or experience within an HR Services team is desirable.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to consult effectively with clients.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders with confidence.
  • Evidence of collaboration and contribution in previous roles.
  • Ideally, experience in managing multiple concurrent work assignments.
  • Ideally, experience working in virtual teams.
  • Ability to act with integrity.
  • Strong self-management skills, personal productivity, and motivation.
