We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote patient independence and well-being.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, utilizing evidence-based practice and best available research.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and support junior staff, promoting professional development and growth within the team.
- Participate in audit and research projects, contributing to the advancement of occupational therapy practice and the improvement of patient care.
