About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals with severe and enduring mental illness to support their recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy interventions using evidence-based, client-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
- Complete OT functional assessments and support completion of funding applications.
- Hold a small Care Coordinator caseload alongside a focused Occupational Therapy caseload.
- Participate in the Shared Care rota and promote the role of Occupational Therapy within the clinical area.
- Supervise OT students and provide education and upskilling to community support workers.

Person Specification
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
