Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and adapt treatment strategies based on individual patient needs.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive clinical records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy protocols and guidelines.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in an inpatient setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to teamwork and collaborative care delivery.
