Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Management Support Administrator to join our team at the Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Management Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the Child and Adolescent Eating Disorder Service. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and maintaining accurate records. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to patients and their families.



Main Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the effective delivery of services.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures that support the delivery of services.
  • Ensure the maintenance of high standards of customer service, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families.
