Business Development Executive - Recruitment Consultant
Get Recruited is a multi-award-winning recruitment consultancy, based in Manchester City Centre, specialising in Accountancy & Finance recruitment.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with businesses, especially VC-backed companies or those that have recently received investment, negotiate terms, and bring new vacancies on board within the Accountancy & Finance sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively hunt for new business, targeting key accounts, including companies in the VC-backed or recently funded space.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and bring new vacancies into the business.
- Win-back previous clients and cross-sell recruitment services to increase opportunities.
- Network and attend industry events to develop long-term relationships with decision-makers.

Requirements:
- Business Development Executives with experience in a recruitment agency environment, or a 360° Recruitment Consultant looking to focus on a dedicated BD role.
- Proven success in new business development and negotiating terms within a competitive market.
- Individuals with Accountancy & Finance experience are desirable, but we are open to professionals from other recruitment sectors.
