Job Opportunity

Get Recruited, a multi-award-winning recruitment consultancy, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Manchester City Centre. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on new business development, including client win-backs, cross-selling, and networking. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with businesses, especially VC-backed companies or those that have recently received investment, negotiate terms, and bring new vacancies on board within the Accountancy & Finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively hunt for new business, targeting key accounts, including companies in the VC-backed or recently funded space.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and bring new vacancies into the business.
  • Win-back previous clients and cross-sell recruitment services to increase opportunities.
  • Network and attend industry events to develop long-term relationships with decision-makers.

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 (negotiable) with uncapped commission (up to 30%).

Requirements

  • Business Development Executives with experience in a recruitment agency environment, or a 360° Recruitment Consultant looking to focus on a dedicated BD role.
  • Proven success in new business development and negotiating terms within a competitive market.
  • Individuals with Accountancy & Finance experience are desirable, but we are open to professionals from other recruitment sectors.
