About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fleet Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fleet management team, ensuring compliance with all procedures and requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily, weekly, and annual checks and tests of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with Group policy and legislative requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by establishing effective working relationships with customers and colleagues to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor and technicians to maximize utilization of resources and ensure efficient fleet management.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and maintenance to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Process vehicle damage recharges and maintain records to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Be the first point of contact for all telephone calls, redirecting enquiries as necessary.
  • Check and sign for deliveries, order vehicle replacement parts, and maintain stationery supply levels.
  • Collate and check Health and Safety audit paperwork and staff time sheets for accuracy.
  • Visit other sites to carry out administrative tasks as required.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-conscious individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft packages and be able to quickly learn in-house and bespoke systems.
