About Our Client
Our client is a leading FMCG company with a strong reputation for excellence. They are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to lead their reward function and drive strategic decision-making around compensation and benefits.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances employee engagement. This will involve analyzing market trends, designing and delivering employee rewards programmes, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to inform reward-related decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a reward strategy that supports business objectives, designing and delivering employee rewards programmes, and providing expert advice on all aspects of reward and benefits. The successful candidate will also need to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary in the range of £60,000 - £70,000, a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance and bonus, and the opportunity to work within a leading FMCG company. A supportive and inclusive company culture is also offered.
