Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Reward Excellence Lead to join our team at Signet Recruitment and Retention. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in Total Reward management, particularly in the UK market.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, deploy, and manage UK & Ireland-specific reward policies, sales incentives, and retention programs.
  • Monitor market trends to stay ahead of competition and inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement company benefits programs, manage wellbeing initiatives, and enhance their benefits portfolio.
  • Support DEI initiatives and train stakeholders on reward topics.
  • Ensure compliance with UK&I labour laws and administer reward and benefits programs effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Total Reward management, with a strong knowledge of the UK market.
  • Proficiency in benefits program design, reward strategy, and administration.
  • Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills to clearly convey reward information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (ideally HAY).
  • Understanding of UK & Ireland labour laws, budgeting, and project management.
  • Experience with expat management and M&A reward programs is a plus.

Compensation Package

This is a competitive opportunity with a salary including car allowance and a generous bonus. The estimated salary range for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
