  • Collaborate closely with HR and senior management to integrate reward with business goals.
  • Manage the annual pay review process to ensure fairness and transparency.
  • Oversee the delivery of employee benefits programmes to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of reward and benefits to support informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
