Job Description
This role involves leading and managing the company's reward and benefits strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include developing innovative reward initiatives, monitoring industry trends, and working closely with HR and senior management. The successful candidate will also oversee the delivery of employee benefits programmes, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and provide expert advice on all aspects of reward and benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A strong background in reward management within the FMCG industry is essential, along with proven experience of developing and implementing reward strategies. Excellent knowledge of reward and benefits legislation and best practice is required, as well as strong analytical skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary in the range of £60,000 - £70,000, a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance and bonus, and the opportunity to work within a leading FMCG company. A supportive and inclusive company culture is also offered.
