We are seeking a skilled Support Coordinator to join our team in North Wales. As a Victim Support Specialist, you will work closely with the police and other agencies to provide essential support to victims of crime.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Coordinator, you will:
- Work closely with the police and other agencies to provide individualised support to victims of crime.
- Assess and address the needs of service users, working within the framework of our Service Model.
- Offer resources, interventions, and information to facilitate access to additional services.
