Support Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in North Wales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with individuals affected by crime and provide them with the support and resources they need to recover.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the criminal justice system and the ability to work effectively with police and other agencies. This position involves shift work on a rota basis between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on a Saturday, with a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum.

As a Triage Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to victims and witnesses of crime, conducting initial impact and risk assessments, and providing immediate and short-term intervention via telephone. Your ability to converse in Welsh is essential for this role.
