As a key member of the PaymentGenes team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed annual partnership targets by generating leads, increasing revenue, and acquiring ideal customer profiles.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a regional team of Partnership Managers, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Develop and implement growth plans for the channel partnerships portfolio, including strategies to increase referrals from existing partners and attract new ones.
- Enhance efficiency, productivity, and tracking throughout the end-to-end pipeline and partner cycle, from target list management to partner activation and growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize conversions of SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Identify new potential markets, use cases, and verticals, and allocate team resources for optimal growth.
- Establish a reseller channel in the region, targeting relevant markets, industries, and profiles, and launching a reseller program.
- Support the execution of the regional product partnerships plan.
- Work with the marketing team to develop launch and growth plans for high-potential partners.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in channel or reseller partnerships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established business goals.
- Management experience is advantageous, but not required if there is other evidence of leadership skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing team and influence internal stakeholders.
- Team player with self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry.
- Familiarity with the B2B and SMB/SME customer segment.
- Experience in developing business in Eastern, Central, and Southern Europe.
