We are seeking an experienced Resource Allocation Specialist to deliver a seamless customer experience for our housing customers. This role involves collaborating with District teams and the Customer Resolution Centre to ensure smooth transitions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources effectively, working closely with colleagues to identify areas of improvement and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with District teams and the Customer Resolution Centre to address customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
