Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Environmental Arborist Specialist to join their team in Chelmsford. This is a permanent, hybrid role that requires the successful candidate to work in the office once a week.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have post-qualification experience in arboriculture, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • A qualified tree inspector with membership of a relevant body would be advantageous.

This exciting opportunity will see you responsible for the commercial and operational delivery of arboriculture services, including planning advice, highway enquiries, assessments, and surveys. You will also lead on reviewing complex plans and policies while assisting with bidding on high-value opportunities and managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseload management: handling planning advice enquiries, trees/vegetation affecting highways, and conducting arboricultural assessments and surveys.
  • Data analysis and presentation: collecting, analysing, and presenting data and evidence while advising on legal standards and reviewing outcomes.
  • Leadership: leading on reviewing complex plans and policies and contributing to the bidding process for high-value opportunities.
