Job Description

Hayes Staff Recruitment is seeking an experienced Enterprise Support Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling residents to access support to start, sustain, and scale new businesses, maintaining relationships with enterprise/business support agencies and property management agents, and facilitating the management of business enquiries through the business helpdesk.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for enterprise support
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate business networking events and workshops
  • Manage a CRM/database of firms to engage, promote programmes, and track outputs/outcomes

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in enterprise support or a related field
  • Membership of relevant professional organisation or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of local government and the economy of Hammersmith and the wider area

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is around £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
