**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, adapting materials and activities to suit the unique needs of each student
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to build a comprehensive support system for each child's growth and development
  • Contribute to creating a calm and productive learning environment through positive behaviour management
