About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teaching assistant to join our team in Brent, North West London. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide a safe and stimulating environment for students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a well-structured classroom environment
• Support students with special educational needs, ensuring their needs are met and they feel included
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support student learning
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience
Requirements:
• Experience working with children with special educational needs
• Understanding of how to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Ability to commit to the hours of 8.30 to 3.30
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
