About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Site Supervision: Manage electrical works at multiple sites, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will also be responsible for enforcing health and safety protocols on-site, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments, and ensuring that all electrical works meet regulatory and company standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Foreman, or Lead Electrical Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation processes, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel nationwide and stay away between sites.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition, Gold Card).

The estimated salary for this role is £48,750 - £52,500 per annum, based on national averages and may vary depending on location and experience.
